DEDICATED

Each server runs a single workload, and where all servers, network, switching, storage and firewalls are managed and operated solely for the customer organisation.

DEDICATED VIRTUALISED

By employing hypervisors, one server hosts multiple virtual machines (VMs) to run multiple workloads and perform many roles.

MULTI-TENANTED

In multi-tenanted environments, consumers can share firewalls, storage and processing. For infrastructure as a service (IaaS), different VMs may share hardware via a hypervisor; for platform as a service (PaaS), different processes may share an operating system and supporting data and networking services; for software as a service (SaaS), different consumers may share the same application or database.

With our protected Windows, Unix and Linux environments, up to four additional levels of security and full encryption available, our IaaS is inherently secure. It ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of your mission critical data throughout its journey in the cloud – from desktop to data centre to device.

In common with our Platform as a Service (PaaS) solution, IaaS can be used to create cost-effective and highly scalable IT solutions where the complexities of managing the underlying hardware are handled by us. HYBRID CLOUD

Our Hybrid Cloud model is a combination of two or more clouds (private or public) that remain unique entities, but are bound together by technology that enables data and application portability across both clouds depending on security and control requirements.

PRIVATE CLOUD

BGP ROUTING

We use Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routing to take advantage of multi-homing and the intelligent re-routing of traffic to divert around problematic areas and ensure reliable connectivity.

PEERING

We have multiple peering arrangements in place, improving performance, redundancy, capacity and cost by directly swapping traffic between ISPs. This eliminates the need to go through transit providers.

CARRIER NEUTRAL

We operate on a Carrier Neutral basis. This means you are not tied to any single provider for your connectivity. With a growing number of on-site Tier 1 providers, we’ve also secured dual redundant links to Points of Presence (PoPs) in Telehouse and Level 3, enabling you to purchase super-fast connectivity direct at preferential rates from more than 150 ISPs.
