Business Analyst

• Be part of a dynamic project team
• Dealing with major stakeholders including Business Lines, Finance/Risks teams
• Be the key player throughout the IT project life cycle
• Provide end to end project management covering Risk, Referential and Finance functional domain (Daily/Monthly P&L, Income Attribution, Market Data, Risk metric production)
• Collect, analyze and prepare user requirements. Conduct gap analysis, and provide detailed functional specifications
• Coordinate and handle user acceptance tests
• Assess and design the change management involved and get buy-in from key stakeholders
• Define training plans, organize training needed and assist in creating robust documentation of the processes, including detailed operational procedures
• Monitor & provide reporting to highlight project progress and risks to project stakeholders
• Coordinate actions with Regional and Global teams to leverage on other entities' knowledge/experience and to ensure global process consistency
• Execute the implementation plan successfully within the agreed timeframe and budget 

Profile 

• Business analysis skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to details, critical thinking, solution oriented
• Project management skills: Ability to see the global picture, identify dependencies and risk, Stakeholders management & communication, ability to structure necessary changes
• Soft skills: Strong command of English and formalization capacity
• Other: Fast learner, team player, independent, ability to handle multiple tasks and functional topic simultaneously
• PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience in the investment banking industry
• Functional knowledge of product control and market risk processes
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Master degrees, engineering school is a must
