We find ourselves looking for a Business Analystwho will integrate in the GNT team and perform functions such as:
- Be part of a dynamic project team
- Dealing with major stakeholders including Business Lines, Finance/Risks teams
- Be the key player throughout the IT project life cycle
- Collect, analyze and prepare user requirements. Conduct gap analysis, and provide detailed functional specifications
- Assess and design the change management involved and get buy-in from key stakeholders
- Define training plans, organize training needed and assist in creating robust documentation of the processes, including detailed operational procedures
- Monitor & provide reporting to highlight project progress and risks to project stakeholders
- Execute the implementation plan successfully within the agreed timeframe and budget
Profile
- Business analysis skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to details, critical thinking, solution oriented
- Project management skills: Ability to see the global picture, identify dependencies and risk, Stakeholders management & communication, ability to structure necessary changes
- Other: Fast learner, team player, independent, ability to handle multiple tasks and functional topic simultaneously
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the Bank industry
- Good French Level
