E-Business Customer Services Analyst

We find ourselves looking for an E-Business Customer Services Analyst who will integrate in the GNT team in Hong Kong and perform functions such as:

Daily production

  • Troubleshoot client queries on their FX, Fixed Income, Rates, and Commodity deal processing
  • Liaising with vendors on issues with their platforms
  • Internal communication with sales and trading teams
  • Monitoring of trading limits

Onboarding and enablement

  • Onboard clients on vendor platforms and monitor requests
  • Liaising with sales, risk, and trading teams
  • Administrate credit limits
  • Assist FO in improving security, efficiency and client's satisfaction in our internal processes.

Project team /OPER Management link

  • Assist in new initiatives relates to the development of the E-Business platforms

Profile

  • Knowlegde of Financial products
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • System infrastructure of the E-Business offering
  • Computer literate
