We find ourselves looking for a Business Analyst who will integrate in the GNT team in Hong Kong and perform functions such as:

Be part of a dynamic project team
Dealing with major stakeholders including Business Lines, Finance/Risks teams
Be the key player throughout the IT project life cycle
Provide end to end project management covering Risk, Referential and Finance functional domain (Daily/Monthly P&L, Income Attribution, Market Data, Risk metric production)
Collect, analyze and prepare user requirements. Conduct gap analysis, and provide detailed functional specifications
Coordinate and handle user acceptance tests
Assess and design the change management involved and get buy-in from key stakeholders
Define training plans, organize training needed and assist in creating robust documentation of the processes, including detailed operational procedures
Monitor & provide reporting to highlight project progress and risks to project stakeholders
Coordinate actions with Regional and Global teams to leverage on other entities' knowledge/experience and to ensure global process consistency
Execute the implementation plan successfully within the agreed timeframe and budget

PROFILE:

Business analysis skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to details, critical thinking, solution oriented
Project management skills: Ability to see the global picture, identify dependencies and risk, Stakeholders management & communication, ability to structure necessary changes
Soft skills: Strong command of English and formalization capacity
Other: Fast learner, team player, independent, ability to handle multiple tasks and functional topic simultaneously
PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Experience in the investment banking industry
Functional knowledge of product control and market risk processes
3 to 6 years of relevant experience
Master degrees, engineering school is a must
