Client Management Assistant

 We find ourselves looking for an Client Management Assistant who will integrate in the GNT team in Hong Kong and perform functions such as:

Responsible for developing and maintaining Client data in order to enhance Client Relationship management:

  • Management of Marketing roadmap and Client events
  • Develop MIS reports for management use.

OBJECTIVES

  • Develop tools and processes to track client segmentation, clients interactions, broker rankings/votes, and internal/external account reviews
  • Support the Client Marketing roadmap and other marketing initiatives/Client events.
  • Develop MIS (Dashboard, Monitoring, Reports) to support the management of the Cash Equities business in monitoring the performance of the business, the client segments and the product mix.
  • Maintenance and Coordination of Marketing documentation including liaison with corporate communication and compliance.
  • Work closely with other groups in order to support cross-selling initiatives.
  • Work closely with Client Management Units in HK and Europe/US.
  • Supports the use of client relationship management tools within the GEF perimeter (in particular CMS and iC).

PROFILE

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (including basic Excel VBA) as well as ability to use CRM technology efficiently
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Independent and motivated to succeed in fast-paced brokerage & trading environment
  • Understanding of Institutional Investors, in particular Institutional Asset Managers, Pension plans and hedge Funds
  • Some knowledge of global equity markets, as well as the types of product/strategies used in Cash Equities and Derivatives
  • Strong educational background, along with quantitative skills.
